Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.

If you experience issues accessing your file or the download link expires, please email us at vitalcultureuk@gmail.com and we’ll make sure you receive what you’ve paid for.

We cannot offer refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Duplicate purchases

• Lack of compatibility with your device

• Failure to download before the link expiry (24 hours)
